Elizabeth stared down from her bedroom window down to the beautiful sea. It would be a perfect day to be out on the sea, she just couldn't believe how calm the waters were today. It almost made her wish she could be out sailing with Will or maybe even jack. She frowned, things had been so distant between her and Will latley and they barley ever spoke to eachother anymore. Then there was Jack .... he wasn't a bad guy, actually, in her mind of thinking he was quite a good guy. But not good enough for her to even actually think of marrying, or atleast that's what she kept telling hereslf.
Suddenly there was a hard knock on the door and then came the voice of one of the maids "Your father told me to bring you this gown." Elizabeth gracefull walked over to the beautifully carved door and slowly turned the know, only opening it half way. "If you don't mind me saying, it definatley is beautiful" the maid said. "Yes, beautiful" she said and eyed the pink dress with a matching fan. She had to admit, her father definatley had style.
"If it's not to bold to say, this'll really turn Master turner on, won't it" she whispered and gave her a nudge, before pulling her behind a dressing courtain and helping her do up the bodice. "That definatley is to bold, you know we're just friends" she said sternly, before pulling the dress over her head. the maid past round the fan to her and elizabeth grabbed it and put her matching shows on. She then combed her hair and placed a pink, silk hat on before coming out of the curtains. "You look absolutley stunning honey. Just like your mother you look" her father said. "Oh, father when did you come in. I didn't realise you were even here" she said and took a deap breath.
"Only then, why" he asked her. "No reason' she said, rather to quick for him to actually believe her. He looked down into her innocent eyes, "So, what are you going to do today" he asked his beautiful daughter. "i think I'll go down to the port and see if i can spot Will, or atleast Jack" came the reply. "Well, see you later father" she said and hurried out of the house and down to the port, waving to some friendly neighbours, and giving some children high-fives along the way. occasionly a man would wolf-whistle, but Elizabeth just ignored the women-hungy vultures.
Finally she reached the port side. She took her shoes off and rubbed her ankles. "God, these shoes were uncomfortable" she said to herself outloud. She walked over to the water and stood in the shallower section. The cold, salty water felt so nice on her feet. Suddenly she caught a glince of what she thought to be jack's ship, but shrugged it off, doubting that he would actually pull into Port Royal.
